Ancient Knossos
Visit the palace of Knossos, the palace of the well-known King Minos and discover the great Minoan civilization and learn its history. For those who love the Greek mythology, Knossos is the place to visit.
After visiting the archaeological site of Knossos visitors can walk through the city of Heraklion and continue their journey back to the past but also admire the biggest city of Crete and the Capital of the island.

Ancient Knossos Tour program description:
Departure from Chania will take place around 07:00 (details about the departure time will be sent to each customer depending on their location). The first stop will be outside Rethymno, on the national road, for breakfast (aprox.30 minutes). Our next stop will be the Palace of Knossos, near Heraklion, which is 2 hours away from Chania. There our clients will enjoy a 2 hours guided tour in English carried out by professional archaeologist. The third stop will be the city of Heraklion, customers have two hours free time during which they can decide either to visit the Archeological Museum of Heraklion or just walk through the town or have lunch. On the way back, we will have a small stop of 20 minutes resting time and around 18:30 is the return time to Chania.
*Meals and drinks are NOT included.

ENTRANCE 15€ ( MUSEUM IS PLUS 1 € ); Children under 18 years old have Free entrance; Adults over 65 years old will pay HALF PRICE.
